We have developed two specific frameworks intentionally designed to disrupt traditional manager behaviors and reset what it means to lead people. Our learning journeys are customized to your organization's unique needs, with options for virtual and in-person learning environments.

Leadership Development

Our leadership education is built on the key fundamentals of neuroscience and behavioral psychology which means the learning is scalable and directly applicable. Each unique learning event is customized and intentionally designed to help organizations build a culture rooted in self and social-awareness aimed at driving peak performance.

The PEAK Leadership Program is a four-part learning journey designed to break the mold of standard leadership learning. We have created four unique modules that blend classroom and experiential learning, virtual learning, and coaching to accelerate application and truly drive behavioral change.


Manager Training

In order for managers to perform at the highest levels, they need continuous training and development that delivers content that can be immediately applied in the day-to-day work. The PEAK Management Program is a five-part learning journey rooted in the fundamentals of managing high-performing teams. In completing this journey, managers will grow the following core competencies:

  • Refined skills to communicate effectively with team, leadership, partners, and clientele.

  • Hold team members accountable in an empowering way that drives lasting behavior change.

  • Conduct effective 1:1 and team meetings that inspire and drive performance.

  • Develop a positive performance mindset and nurture that mindset within the team they manage.

  • Maximize and prioritize time.

  • Stress resiliency and energy management.
